Aerobic exercise is a broad term. It can mean anything from group exercise classes such as step classes to walking. The benefits include lowering blood pressure, heart rate, reducing cholesterol, reducing your risk of medical issues such as heart disease and cancer. Anyone can do aerobic exercise and should take part in some form.
