Question
Hi...my name is justin im 19. im 5"11 at 156 lbs and i have probably lost 50 lbs of fat in the past 4 or 5 months...i am at 11 or 12 percent bodyfat. i lift weights religiously and do cardia 3 or so times a week. i do abs every day at the gym and i take 1 day off from the gym a week....i take protein and creatine....i cant seem to get rid of the belly flab though....the rest of my body has great definition but my stomach suffers there...you can see my abs when i flex but not without....i think its mainly just loose skin but i wanna have a defined 6 pack?  is it mainly loose skin and if so will it tighten....and if not why cant i get below about 11 percent body fat?...thanks

Without seeing you it's hard to say for sure.  Probably it's loose skin.  That's what happens when you gain a lot of weight and lose it.  It's hard to drop below a certain percentage of body fat because you need a certain amount for your body's organs to function properly.  If you start to lose this essentail body fat, it will affect different systems negatively.

Keep on exercising.  Keep eating well.  Hopefully it will reduce in time, or you'll learn to live with it, or you'll visit a plastic surgeon.
