Question
Hey Linda...whats a good way to practice dance aerobis (ie: an example workout)? Oh and if you can answer this...I have a little puoch on my tummy, and I find it awful looking! How can I get rid of it? Thanks!

Hi Gaby,
The best way to try aerobics is to go to a well respected gym and take one of the many kinds of aerobic classes.  That includes spinning (cycling), low impact, step, water aerobics, and kickboxing.  That way you can see what you like.  Eating a healthy diet, exercising 3-5 times per week will take fat off of you.  Doing weight training and abdominal exercises will help firm you up.  Good luck and keep with it.  It takes about 6 weeks of consistent exercising to see results.
