Question
My heart rate at rest usually is above 80 and sometime hits 110+. I am 45 years old. I walk couple of miles on regular bases. I am not overweight also. Also I feel really hot at nite and have fans running even in cold weather. It is not new and is going on for as long as i remember. Any suggestions?

Mike

Answer
Mike,

You will have to be evaluated by your doctor to get any answers.

Your doctor may check your blood pressure, EKG and/or thyroid function.  There may be several other things that may need to be checked - may as well be thorough.

See you doctor.

Best of luck.
