Aerobics/Exercise for stomach

Dear Ms.

please advice what exercise to do to decrease the upper part of my stomach which is under the chest? How frequent should i do the exercise and for how long till i get an effect?
i tried the aerobic exercises that are specified for this part for half an hour daily, but it never eliminate this part totally and it returns again.

Hi,

I need to know a lot more information about you before I could give you specific advice.  Generally, there is no aerobic exercise that will target just one area of the body.  Aerobic exercise helps to burn extra calories no matter where they are stored on the body.

If you did not achieve results from your exercises that you tried, that means your weren't exercising hard enough, long enough (30 minutes), for a long enough period of time (was it one month? one year?, etc.), or you were eating back the calories you were burning off.  If you take in less calories than your body needs, you'll begin to lose fat.  You either cut back a bit on caloric intake, become more physical active, or preferably, both.  Don't give up.  It  won't go away by doing what you're currently doing.  Get together with a qualified trainer in your area if you're really serious about changing your body.  It's worth it if you're serious.
