Aerobics/Fat Loss

Question
I've been working out for 3 times a week for three straight weeks now and I noticed that my muscles develop fast. But I'm losing fat slower. Is there anyway I can increase the rate of losing fat? I've been lessening carbo intake and in the gym I lift weights first before doing cardio.

Answer
Good question.  Yes, you can increase the rate of losing fat - do more aerobic exercise and/or consume less calories.  But, that may be hard or impractical for you to do.  If it is, just be more patient.  The fat didn't get on your body in 3 weeks.  It won't get off your body in 3 weeks either.

It takes time.  Be consistent, be regular, over the months you'll see and feel the changes.  I know your mind wants it off right now.  Your body, however, has it's own schedule that doesn't always correspond to the ego's schedule.  Think months, not weeks, in terms of losing fat.  I wish there was a secret trick, but you know and I know there isn't.

Just keep up the good stuff you're doing, okay?
Hope this helps.
