Question
Hello;
I am 18 years old (almost) and I just finished my exams. I am at home all day because both my parents work and I cannot really go anywhere. I am such a slacker because I don't work out, I eat all day and I feel unhealthy. I could probably do the excercises if I wanted to, I'm just not motivated. I wanted to ask you about a few things:

1. How can I become motivated to work out?
2. What is the best work out for me? (I'm 5'4" and I weigh 115 pounds)
3. It's summer, I don't really want to diet because I'm going on holiday. How can I eat healthy?
Thank You.

Answer
Hi,

Thanks for your email.  There are books written about the questions you ask!  Without knowing more about you, I can't begin to answer your questions.  If you're serious about doing something, get together with a personal trainer in your area to set you and get you going.  It's worth the investment if you're tired of feeling slack.

You're motivated enough to write, now get on it and start do something.  You will begin to feel much better - guaranteed.
