Question
I am trying to figure out if a reasonably fit person can get a good workout using a Tony Little Gazelle.  The reviews that are out there all seem like they are written by the company and not real people.  The few that sound like real people seem to think the equipment does not do anything.

Answer
Hi Anne,

Good question.  Your circumstance is common by the way.

If you have not been exercising at all, you can get a good workout on the Gazelle.  However, the more fit you are or that you become, the less benefits it offers, as it is difficult to increase the intensity a whole lot.  A reasonably fit person can get good workout if they push themselves to the max on it, but the mechanics tend to make that feel awkward at a certain point.  Better off on something else for more cardio challenge.

Hope this helps.
