Hi,

i was wondering if you would know any exercises that I can do for when I start (pms) that wouldn't bother me so much and wouldn't cause so much leakage? I know they say some type of exercise actually helps reduce pms or something.

Hi Frankie.
I cannot help you on this question.  You may want to ask a gynecologist about whether or not increased physical activity can slow down the flow of your menses.  The only advice I can share is that exercise, whether it be cardiovascular (aerobic) exercise or resistance (weight training) exercise can help ease some commons symptoms of PMS (premenstral syndrome) in many women.
