Question
I'm 5'7 just gave birth to my son last year, I'm currently weighting in at 225 which is a bit much. On average I weight between 170/175 which is best for me........Is there a fast method i can lose weight? And how much should i be weighting in at?

Answer
The best way to lose weight is to make small adjustments in caloric intake and become more physically active.  Watch what you eat and try to get more activity into your daily life, like use stairs, park far away, do more errands by walking, and the like.  The slower the weight comes off, the more likely it will stay off, so don't worry about losing it quickly.  That is hard to sustain.
