Aerobics/Low-impact cardio?

Question
I have started excersize program that includes strengh-training with light weights, yoga and pilates. I would like to add some cardio - but I have pretty bad knees and running has been out of the question. In fact anything that puts stress on my knees is painful. Do you have any suggestions?

Thank you.

Answer
How about walking?  Swimming, biking, skating, eliptical trainer are all non-impact.  Try some low-impact video workouts and see how they feel on your knees.

Glad you're interested in doing activity.  Just have to find the ones you enjoy and that you can tolerate.

Hope this helps.
