a female like body. please help me loose my hip and thigh fat. I cant go to the gym so please tell me any bodyweight exerises i can do at home. Also i tried sit ups but they didnt help. Thanks

Answer
Hello-
At your age, doing consistent cardiovascular exercises is the best way to lose the excess weight in your lower body.  When you say 'bodyweight exercises', I'm not quite sure if you mean using weights or not, but I would highly recommend running (or walking), jumproping, kickboxing (try getting a video), and any sports.  Try to do cardiovascular activities at least 5 days a week for about 30 minutes at a time and of course control your eating habits.  This should help alot.  Sit ups will tone your stomach muscles but that is pretty much it.  You will need to focus on the cardiovascular exercises to lose the fat, and then resistance training to tone your muscles.

I hope this helps, thanks for the question.
