I wonder if you can help or point me in the right direction what equipment would i need for Pilates?

Hi Kirstie,
Unfortuneately I do not know anything about Pilates. Your best bet is to do a google search on Pilates and look at different websites that speaks about the different equipment and what would work for home use. Some of their equipment requires a certification and it's expensive.
