Question
Is it true that people can lose 150 calories by doing rebound exercise for 2 minutes? What if I don't do fancy moves on the trampoline but jump up and down instead? Can I lose 150 cal within 2 min?

Answer
I have never heard of such a thing.  It doesn't sound feasible to burn that many calories for 2 minutes.  An hour of aerobic exercise is usually 300-350 calories burned.  If you are cycling or running uphill you might burn more.  Men burn more calories than women doing the same exericise because of their muscle mass.
