Question
WHATS THE BEST WAY TO DO A SIT UP, BECAUSE I CAN'T EVEN PULL MYSELF UP

Answer
Good question.

You shouldn't come up all the way.  You should lift a small way up, that's all you need.

- Keep your knees bent, feet on the floor.
- Put your arms either along your sides, across your chest, behind your head...wherever you prefer.
- Go up slowly as far as you can go.  That may be only an inch or two.  Exhale going up.
- Lower down slowly, inhale on the way down.
- Do as many reps slowly as you can.  -
- Rest a minute or two.
- Do another set of as many reps as you can.
- If you're up for it, rest and do one last set.

- Do every other day at the most, not every day.

Over time (a few months), you will gain stronger, toner, firmer abdominals.

Hope this helps.
