age 14.90 lol, 5'6
Pretty skinny
*My arms. are frikin skinny i'm not that weak well compared to girls i can bench press 2 of those weight thingys! hahah. well yeah I dont get how when i eat.. the fat goes to my stomach :S yeah i realized on this video tape that i'm pretty skinny.. everybody thinks i'm weak but i'm really not. i'm not too crazy bout my arms its jus the way my bones are made i guess

*My legs. I want them more toned. What can i do? they are skinny get.. a little flabby lol

*My stomach. mk. i don't get theres so many guy's wit sculpted abs and their my age :S i heard it takes 7 years to get abs lol.. so that means they've been working since what... 7? or they have greater muscle mass . well i want a toned stomach.. lol

I plan this summer to get an exercise ball, tubing, a comfier mat, and light weights.. i live in apartment my mother isn't into working out so yeah. Also I plan to do cardio by running for like.. 15-30 minutes everyday? lol yeah could u recommend me a dvd for working out with the things i plan to buy? and how to get my body all more toned and fit? well thanks bye

Sounds like you have some growing to do...  The best thing you can do is eat healthy and eat throughout the day so you can put some weight on.  If you can join a gym and get someone to teach you how to do weights, abdominal exercises, and cardio, you will gain muscle in the right places.

If you go online and do a search for aerobic/workout music, you will find some great music.  You can also do the same thing for workout videos that will help you focus on the areas that you want.
