Aerobics/Weight gain instead of loss

Question
When I started my exercise and food program I waas 138lbs.

I have managed to get my exercise up to 45 minutes in the gym 3 - 5 times a week.

I ride the bike for 30 minutes.
Treadmill for 10 minutes
And in the past two weeks have added the eliptical for 5 minutes.

I also use a torso track for stomach exercise, about 20 reps, about 3 - 5 times a week also.

I have modified my diet to eat when I am hungry, about 6 small meals per day.  I don't overeat.

Yet, I now weigh around 141lbs to 143lbs.  (according to scales on various days.

My clothes are no tighter than they were, and I feel healthier, my breathing is much better than it was.

I am 5ft 2 inches tall and age 43.

I drink green tea daily.

I know muscle wieghs more than fat, but my stomach is still too fat for a lot of my jeans that I used to be able to wear.

I have been on this programm for about 4 - 6 weeks.

I don't understand why my wieght is going up week by week instead of going down.  Even if it stayed the same it would be better than going up.

Do you have any advice as to why this is happening and what I can do to reverse the process?

Any ideas would be much appreciated, it's getting a bit depressing to be actually gaining so much wieght.

Thanks.
