Is it best to workout with the air conditioner on or off during summer? It seems I get a better workout when the AC is off (I sweat a lot more).

Hi Sweetnisss,
It doesn't matter if the air conditioner is on or not.  What matters is your core body temperature.  You need to make sure that you don't get so hot that you risk heat exhaustion or heat stroke.  Drink plenty of water before, during and after exercise so your body can cool down.  When you sweat alot, it's your body's way of cooling off your body.  If you think that you will lose more weight by sweating more than you are mistaken.  You will lose electrolytes and put yourself at risk for death.  You might lose some pounds during the process but as soon as you rehydrate, you will get the water weight back.  Be smart and dress appropriately and make sure you have enough cool air to be safe.
