Question
how can i get rid of the fat around my abdominal muscles? any exercises or diets you can suggest.

Hi Hector,
The best way to lose fat is to eat low fat foods, drink lots of water, and exercise aerobically 4-6 times per wk for minimum of 50 minutes.  If you decrease your caloric intake and eats lots of vegetables and fruits, whole grains, and low fat protein as well as using olive oil for your fats, you should see a dramatic difference.  Don't forget to do abdominal exercises as well to tone those abs.
