Question
i am still in highschool, weigh about 110 lbs.,and i have tried so many exercises but am not getting good, clear, confident, and guaranteed results. I've only managed to get the top two muscles in my abs, but cant seem to make the rest. I need some exercises that will help me get great results. I cant lift weights and a gym is nowhere nearby. What are some exercises i can do? How long will take until i see results? when will i be done? What should i eat? I tried to do "The Navy Seal Workout"...i didn't see results and i was up to the sixth week. so i quit...this is the website: www.trulyhuge.com/Navy_Seal_Workout.com

Answer
Hey,

Glad you're motivated, but here's the rap.  Look around.
There's not that many people in high school that have ripped abs.  It takes years of consistent training and proper eating to get them.  You gave up the Navy Seal Workout after 6 weeks?  You expected to have perfect abs by then, huh?  I think you're a little impatient. I know how you feel.  But the body doesn't respond as fast as you want it to.  Give up after 6 years, not 6 weeks.  Now you wasted 6 weeks of [hopefully] good workouts unless you get right back to doing it or something else.

I can't begin to offer any suggestions because I know nothing about you, your eating, your training, or your lifestyle.  I don't even know if you're a boy or a girl. The one suggestion I can give you is: changes in physique take time.  They don't always come in 6 easy weeks.  Take a look at your abs 6 months from now, not 6 weeks.  Don't have the patience for it?  You won't get results then.  You have to have the patience and commitment.  Just do it.  Then talk to me 6 months from now.  You'll start to see some nice changes.

Hope this helps.
