What are the kinds of aerobic Exercise?
Give examples of steps for every kind.

Ray-an,
Aerobic exercise means with oxygen.  That means any kind of movement that is continuous for a time frame of exercise.  You will have your heart rate up yet be able to talk.  Running, jogging, walking, dancing, cycling, etc. are examples.  Basketball and tennis are considered anaerobic in that there are stop start movements.  Hope that answers it for you.
