i am 17 years old girl with 88 kilogram weight and i want to lose my weight as soon as possible and my height is almost 5.7 or 8 please suggest something i can do and lose my weight sooner thanks for your time well be waiting for your replay.

Hi Aleena,
The only way to lose weight effectively is to eat less calories than you expend.  Eat 5 small meals per day of lean protein, complex carbohydrates--fruit and vegetables, and 8 glasses of water.  Walk or do something aerobic in terms of exercise for an hour per day at 80-85% of your maxium heart rate--breathing hard but able to keep going.  Do the exercise 5 days a week and then start doing some abdominal and toning exercises.
In 6 weeks (if you are consistent) you will see a dramatic change.
