Which is better excersise machine: statyonary bicycle or orbitreck? I'm planning to buy it for home use. Thanks!

Hello-
Well I'm not sure what you mean by 'better', but assuming you mean which one will burn more calories, definitely the orbitrek.  It is a standing machine and any cardiovascular exercise that you have to stand to do will burn more calories than one where you are seated.  Not to mention you will be moving your arms which will burn even more calories.  Hopefully this is what you meant, if not please clarify.
