Question why are there so many sites and assistance on losing weight and virtually none on gaining weight. i'm very slim, kinda alright figure, but i always hoped that i can gain weight on my hips, thighs and butt. is this possible? what simple training excercises can i do? and is it true that if i don't follow a regimen i can actually lose weight in these places instead of gain? grateful if you can help me.
Answer There are significantly more people around who need to lose weight than gain weight. That is why there are hardly any sites on how to gain weight. The weight you want to gain though, is likely lean body weight. Lean body weight is best built by doing strength exercises.
You may lose weigh, or anyone will lose weight, if you don't take in a sufficient number of calories. If you are losing weight, it means your caloric intake is not matching your caloric expenditure.
If you're serious about your goals, you should work with a qualified registered dietician or personal trainer. It's worth the investment to at least set you up and get you going on an effective diet and exercise program.
To build a strong body, build a strong body of knowledge.
