Question
i had 2 kids about 6years ago 1 vaginal birth and the last one csection about 5years ago i really want to know how do get rid of this belly ive heard that just doing crunches after c section wont work and then i have no idea of how to diet so can you give me an idea what to do because im at my wits end

Answer
A few things to start with:

1. Increase the amount of physical activity you get in your
daily life:  take stairs instead of escalators/elevators whenever you can; park further away in the parking lot so you have to walk an extra minute or two; walk to do errands whenever feasible; stretch during commercial breaks while watching television; etc.

2.  You got kids. Now use them!  Play ball.  Go skating, biking, walking, hiking, swimming, etc.

3.  Do crunches.  It strengthens and tones your abdominal muscles.

4.  Make a simple, easy-to-live-with change in your diet.  For example, one less soft drink a day is good for 1 pound of fat loss per month.  In a year, you're down 10-12 pounds if you did nothing else but eliminate 1 can of Coke each day. You don't have to know very much about "diet" to do that.

Hope this helps.  Now, do get moving.  It's been 6 years, might as well start today.  You'll be glad you did a year from now.
