Aerobics/cardio and stomach aches

Question
Hi.
I've been experiencing an odd problem when I’m kick boxing. I get irritable stomach pains when I’m trying to work up a pant on the boxing bag. I've been kick boxing for about a year now and I haven't had the problem till recently. I don't have the problem when I’m running, biking, or shadow boxing. When I started (when I was really out of shape) kick boxing I didn't have the problem. Also I have had previous training on how to kick box and how to breathe properly when I’m doing it. Can someone give me some advice?

Answer
Sorry you're experiencing this problem. I'm not at all able to give you advice.  I would suggest you stop doing the boxing bag for now.  Why do it when it's causing you this pain?  Pay attention to your hydration, when you ate, and progression/warm-up to see if there's a link.  Otherwise, you may want to seek medical advice if it continues.
