Hi. What is the recommended amount of cardio a person should do each week? I mean, is it ok to do 3 hours of cardio a week or is that too little? Thanks

Hi Danielle,
Cardio 3 x a week is so much better than nothing!  That is enough to keep your heart and lungs healthy.  To do more would be better but it's all about goals and time.  You can always take a 15-30 minute walk at lunch or on a break to help increase the cardio and health factor.  Dance around when the music is good, etc.
If you want to lose weight you will need to do 1 hour of cardio 4-6 times per week.
