Question
i really want to tone up and i have bad knees so its hard for me to do a lot of cardio such as running/and the bike. My workout just consist of jumping jax, lifting dumbells and crunches. will i see any results by just doing this?

Answer
Yes you can get plenty of results.  But, the results you get depend on:
- how much lifting you do and how intense it is.
- how many crunches you do and how hard it is.
- how long you do jumping jacks for.

If you have bad knees, I'm not certain jumping jacks are good for you to do, by the way.
