Question
My chest is not in a good shape. I used to workout and lift heavy weights, which didn't help me get the desired shape. They are round and look bulky. Although my shoulders, lats and deltoids are in a very good shape. I have tried everything to get pecs with inner chest lining. Could you please suggest me a set of exercises that I can do to get a good looking manly chest. Thank you.

Answer
Without seeing your body, I can't give a specific suggestion or routine for you.  Generally, if you're not happy with the shape of your physique, you need to change or vary the exercises.  You should get together with a qualified trainer for a session or two to set you up on a program.  It's worth it if you're serious about making changes.

Hope this helps.
