Aerobics/errobics at home

QuestionHello Linda
My name is Yasmine, I’m a 22 years old female
I’m 1.73 cm (6.8 inches) and weight is (58 kilograms).
I work from 9 to 5 in a so far city from my home city, I turn back around 6.30 to meet my boyfriend and stay with him for like couple of hours then go home at 8.30 to start taking care of my so old parents (making food, cleaning home, shopping for them and so one)
I sleep at 10.30 or 11 pm to wake up again and go to work. My weekend (Friday & Saturday) is spent equally with my boyfriend (our solo free time) and for my parents. I don’t have even friends; I used to have of course but my new life style (new job, having a man in my life) keeps me away from them. You have to know that I’m bored from all that.
Sorry for that long introduction. I just tried to make you live in my picture, my question is my lifestyle (and actually my financial status) doesn’t allow me to go to a gym or an aerobic class; I want you to help me to exercise in home for 15 minutes or maximum 30 minutes to shape my body specially and focus-lly on my behind! Yes, in the past I was a little fat and my behind was somehow full, but now after loosing weight (4 years ago) my behind is so flat and flabby, I hate that and my boyfriend too, I want it so much bigger and up, this thing really effects on my mood and self confidence more than you may think, I’m not happy because of that Linda (sure you know that feeling I get with each time Jennifer Lopez or beyonce appears on TV and my boyfriend watch them cheerfully), please don’t laugh on me I know this silly but it hurts me. Do you think aerobics would do that to my behind? If it is possible please show me moves with pictures or description, tell me how many times I have to repeat that exercise (100 times every day) for example and I will start carrying out your instructions from the day your answer will arrive to me ( I promise I will update you with any progress).
As a note to you, I have never practiced sport in my life even aerobics so my fitness is too low, I’m not fat just because I don’t eat junk food or eat a lot in general.
Please help me Linda, Thank you so much.
Yasmine
AnswerHi Yasmine,
The best thing you can do with your schedule is to buy or rent an exercise video that focuses on toning exercises. To work your gluteals you will need to incorporate squats and lunges. Form is really important so follow the video exactly. Any exercise video will work.
If you are around stairs, use them. Try to go uphill as much as possible because that will help too.
Good luck!
Linda
