Question
I am a busy 18 year old and I seem to only have time to excersize late at night (stretches, crunches, squats). I read somewhere that it's not good for you to excersize at night. Is this true?

Congratulations on pursuing a healthy lifestyle.  To answer your question:
I read somewhere that it's not good for you to excersize at night. Is this true?

No.  This is not true.  People have all kinds of schedules due to work, family care and other responsibilities.   It has been said that exercise before you go to bed at night may disturb your sleep, but that's not necessarily true for everyone, either.  In fact, when I regularly exercise late at night, I sleep more soundly and I wake up more refreshed.

Exercise ANYTIME you can fit it into your busy schedule is good for you.  As long as it works for you.  Keep it up and HANG IN THERE!!!!
