Aerobics/exercise then bed

Question
How long after doing a workout should I wait before I go to bed? Does the intensity of the workout make a difference?

Answer
It may vary depending on the type of workout you do - stretching, strengthening, cardio - there is no optimal time to wait after a workout before going to sleep.  Whatever works for you.  Higher intensity workouts can hype you up and keep you awake, or, they may wipe you out and make you sleep better.  Both results may occur, that's why it's an individual thing.

Hope this helps.
