Question
hi,
this is a silly question :)
If instead of doing exercises to loss weight,I stil breathing successively and rapidly , will I burn fats as if i was doing exercises?

Answer
Hi fat man.  This is not necessarily a silly question, unless you are not serious when you ask.  Basic physiology tells us that as long as you are alive, your body burns not only fats, but also carbohydrates and proteins that are broken down by our body into small molecular units.

Now to answer your question without teaching an exercise physiology lesson,

If instead of doing exercises to loss weight,I stil breathing successively and rapidly , will I burn fats as if i was doing exercises?

Yes you will burn fat, but not to the degree of doing exercise.  It that were the case, there would be a lot of hyperventilating classes instead of aerobics classes.  And to hyperventilate is not a recommended nor safe thing to do to yourself.
