Question
Hello,

What is the difference between cardio and arobic exercise?

Also, whenever I do high-insensity cardio, I get an unpleasent burning sensation in my chest & throat and it causes me to burp. Drinking water does seems to help. What is this burning feeling? Have you experienced it before?

Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions.

Sincerely,
Kristina

Answer
Hi Kristina,
Aerobic exercise is considered cardio.  It just means you are getting your heart rate at a fat burning level.  The unpleasant burning sensation is not something I have experienced before.  Do you eat first?  Try to not eat at least an hour before exercising and drink plenty of water.  If it continues see your Dr.
Happy exercising!
