Subject: exercise regiment

Question
I'm looking for a weekly exercise regiment to get into shape.  I'm 30, 140 lbs(aprx),5-1, and haven't really worked out much in over five months.  My goals are more fitness oriented as opposed to beauty because I want to be ready in case we undergo a zombie apocalypse(Just finished reading the Zombie Survival Guide by Max Brooks).  Hey, you never know.

Answer
Karma,

Glad you're motivated to exercise.  You ask a simple question that has no simple answer.  There are entire books written on the subject!  Without knowing a lot more about you, it's silly for me to suggest to do this or do that, because you may not like it or it might not be feasible for you to do.  Generally, people need to do three things:  aerobic exercise, strengthening exercise, and flexibility exercise.  That is what composes a well-rounded fitness program.  If you're serious, get together with a qualified trainer in your area to set you up on a program.  It's worth it if you want to do things right and get results.

Hope this helps.
