Question
i have a flat behind... will running and exercise/weights make it stick out more.. or will it just tone?
i would like that nice round effect... but i cant seem to get there

Hello-

Exercise and resistance training could help increase the size of the gluteus maximus muscle which could help a little.  I'm assuming that you are a female and if so, have you thought about putting on a few pounds to help increase the fatty tissue back there?  Without a specialized plan to increase the muscle size quite a bit, the change may be hard to notice without adding fatty tissue too.
