Question
I need help...really.. I'm a male, 22 I'm not a fat man, but I have this belly since I remember, I don't know what to do, I've been swimming 5 days a week for a year, I've been on a gym for 4 months, I got on a bad diet before, went really thin on arms legs and face, but my belly and chest fat doesn't disappear, then I put some weight again, and it goes always direct to the belly, what should I do ?

Answer
I need a lot more information about you to be able to offer specific advice.  In general, you need to incorporate strength training into your workouts so that you maintain or build your muscle mass while losing excess fat.  If you're not seeing any results from swimming after 4 months, you need to change your workout.  Make it longer, or swim faster for a few intervals.  You need to crank up the caloric burn.  You may want to change activities or add another type of aerobic exercise to help burn excess fat.

It sure helps if you watch your diet as well.
Hope this helps, and keep on exercising.
