Answer
Hi,

How many step aerobics classes is it possible to teach per day/week without health hazards?  Depends on several factors.  Are you doing every step with the class or will you be coaching some of it?  How long is the step session?  What level is the class?  Some teachers teach 2 step workouts a day without a problem.  Others find 3-4 a week is the maximum.  It honestly depends on your own form, technique, fitness level and so on.

What is the usual fee that you can charge for group aerobics as a beginner?    It depends on where you live and what other instructors are earning in your area.  Is this question about the fee you charge refering to how much should a health club be paying you or how much should individual students are paying you?

What do you think of the FISAF fitness certificate?  I'm not familiar with the fitness certfication or organization.

Is the age of 32 to late to become a fitness instructor?  No, of course not.  Good for you.  We need more like you!

You ask a lot of big questions and haven't offered any info about your circumstances so it's hard to respond with specific suggestions.  But I hope this helps.
