hey,
im a female highschool freshman and now that soccer season is ending i need some new ways to stay fit.  i was wondering if you had any suggestions other then the usual running so i might be more motavated to keep it up.

Hi Gracie,

There are so many ways to keep fit it's hard to recommend where to start.  What counts it finding something you like, that you enjoy, that you will do regularly.  Try different activities to see what turns you on, from hiking to skating, biking to swimming to different sports that you don't normally do.  Without knowing more about you and your preferences, it's difficult to give you a specific suggestion.
