Hi,

I just wanted to know the best way to get a flat stomach, i.e. excercises I can do at home.. I know it will be a gradual process

Any help much appreciated.

Answer
****Suggestikons offered here may or may not help you in your particular situation.  Please consult with a physician when changing or adding a fitness/nutrition routine*****

Hi Graham.
Here are some websites that demonstrate exercises that are good for stregnthening abdominal muscles.  Keep in mind that if you have excessive stored fat atound your midsection, it will be difficult to see your abdominal muscles when you want to see them

hope this helps you some.  GOOD LUCK IN YOUR FITNESS GOALS>
