Question
hello,
I am petite, 5:2 and I have an apple shape. I am skinny with a big bust ( 34D-DD. I kinda feel like my hips are not really defined. I feel like people always stare only at my bust. I want to define more my hips coz they are narrow. I think if my hips are more defined , people will have something else to look at instead of my bust!

Hi,

Glad you're interested in doing something.  The best way to define your hips is through strength training exercises.  There are quite a few exercises that can be done.  The best way to start is to get together with a qualified personal trainer in your area to help you choose the best ones for you.  It's worth it if you're serious about making changes and getting results.  Let me know if you need help finding a trainer in your area.
