Question
What excercises can I do to work my love handles away. Also, I have a slim tummy but I want some muscle tone for summer. Last thing: my inner, upper thighs. Thank you!

Hi Jessica,
Love handles can only go away with aerobic exercise as it is just extra fat.  YOu can walk, jog, run, swim, bike, etc to get rid of that as well as drink lots of water and eat lots of vegetables and fruits and whole grains.  To get muscle tone for your legs--do squats and lunges.  You could also go to the gym and use the machines for those body parts.  Walking, jogging, cycling will tone up your legs too.

The trick is to stay with an exercise program at least 3-4 times per week for a minimum of 6 weeks to see results.  Keep it up and good luck!
