Answer
Aerobic exercise means with oxygen to the muscles...it is the fat burning exercise that is associated with cardiovascular activities that requires a person to do sustained activity at a 60-85% of maximum heart rate.  The benefits are increased lung capacity and stronger heart muscle so it takes less energy to pump blood through the body.  It has benefits in terms of weight control, improved mood, and more energy overall.
