Question
I want to ask you how often aerobics need to be performed in order to reduce emotional stress?

Answer
Hi Leme,
That is really an individual answer re: how much aerobics does it take to reduce emotional stress.  Research shows that if you exercise consistently at least 4-5 days per week for a minimum of 12 weeks it will have the same effect as taking anti-depressants.
You have to ask yourself how much stress are you under, can you control any of it--in terms of reducing some of it?  Are you doing any relaxation breathing, using positive affirmations, going to therapy?  All of those are used to combat stress.  Getting a massage weekly is also helpful.
I really can't tell you what will work for you but if you do the combination I wrote above, I think you will see a difference.  My advice to you is to find out what is causing your stress and try to do something about the core of it.  If you can't change the situation, you will have to find a way to change your attitude about it.  Getting psychotherapy will help you explore different options.
Exercise and good eating habits as well as getting enough sleep will make a huge difference.  Good luck!
