Question
If I do many reps of curls like 50 reps with 10lb weights, is this aerobic?

will I gain muscle size(I don't mean strength)

Answer
If you haven't done any strength training, you will gain a little muscle size.  If you've been doing strength training, you will likely not gain any size.  It's not really aerobic exercise because it doesn't use the big muscles of the body.  If you can do 50 reps using 10 pound weights, you should use heavier weights and less reps to gain muscle size. Use a weight that you can only lift up to 15 reps maximum with good form done slowly.  Do multiple sets for increasing muscle size.

Hope this helps.
