Question
what is the best way to get six pack, and still put on muscles and toned? as i do know that most of it is going to come from my nutrition and lifestyle but could you please outline what i should be eating and what sort of exercises i should be doing as well, including the frequency and sets rep and recovery time plus tempo please?
Thank you in advance.

Answer
Hi,

Good question.  Can't begin to answer it though, because I know nothing about you.  If I, or anyone else for that matter, gave you advise or suggestions with no knowledge of who you are, age, sex, exercise history, nutritional intake, current exercise program, etc, it's just a vague guess at best.

If you really want to get a six-pack, get together with a qualified personal trainer in your area for one or two sessions.  It's worth it if you're serious about it.  Why waste more time and energy when you could be working to achieve your goals?  Let me know if you need help finding someone in your area.

Hope this helps.
