Question hi ken, i'm a 22 yr old single woman living in cairo. i lead a very slow-paced life and don't work out at all.i hardly ever walk anywhere and the slightest activity requiring movement leaves my heart racing, my muscles burning and me breathing like i'm drowning! my arms and legs are so flabby and my back aches chronically.i'm sick of it! i weigh 62kg and my height is 164cm. my measurements are 94-74-100 and i'm the typical pear shape.i'm not really interested in losing weight but i'd to have stronger muscles, a stronger heart and more liveliness and vitality.my available options in this town are aerobics classes, fitness machines and walking.can you help me with a program that i can follow to put life back into my life?!thx alot!
Answer Hi,
Thanks for your email. Yes I can help you with a program, but because I don't know anything about you, it's not very smart of me to try and tell you what to do. I need to know much more about you in order to recommend a program.
If you're serious about getting stronger, get together with a personal trainer or aerobic instructor for a few sessions at least. It's worth it if you truly wish to change and improve yourself. Glad you have the motivation, now get together with a professional in your area, and you'll be very surprised and delighted at how much you can improve yourself. You wrote me so you are inspired, and a local pro can give you the specific guidance that's right for you.
Hope this helps.
