Hello my name is Jeremy, I'm 21 years old and a litte over weight. I have a question about cardio workouts.  I would like to know if doing cardio an hour a day for five days out of the week like monday to friday was too much on my body, and, or heart.  If so what would be the best way to do a lot of cardio without hurting myself, like how long can I workout a week.

Hi Jeremy,
Cardio for an hour a day is fine.  Mix it up so you don't do the same thing every day.  Walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, or anything that keeps you moving is good.

Build yourself up to an hour.  Don't start out that way or you will overtrain and get injured.
