Question
I just had a baby and started a workout program that targets new mom weight gain and body issues and I am wondering if a workout is more effective to do right before bed so nothing is eaten after and your body has time to break down fat cells or more effective in the day, or if it even matters? Any information you could provide would be helpful.

Good question.

It doesn't matter.  What's most important is that you get into a regular workout routine that you will do consistently.  It will not make a significant difference in terms of utilizing fat what time of day you exercise.  So do what it best for you and your schedule.
