Question
Good exercises for staying fit and healthy (something that relieves tension on your muscles, something that works your stomach, butt, legs, arms etc)...that dont take more than 20minutes to half hour to do.

1.  Good exercises for what?  

2.  How long is "too long" for you?

Answer
There are many books and magazines that show you 20 - 30 minute workouts.  You should access that information for what you want.  Shape magazine is about tyhe best for women. There are too many exercise options to give you in the context, and without pictures, you may not be able to understand clearly what to do.
